- The refund request should include detailed reasons and any supporting documentation.
- Upon receiving the request, our team will review it thoroughly and determine eligibility based on the criteria mentioned above.
- If the refund request is approved, the client will be notified, and the refund process will be initiated.
Refund Timeline:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days of approval.
- It may take an additional 3-5 days for the refunded amount to be credited to the client’s bank account, depending on the client’s bank processing times.
Cancellation Policy:
- Clients may request cancellations of services at any time before work commences.
- If work has already begun, cancellation requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and any applicable fees or charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
